Can I return or exchange a purchased product?Sure! The return is possible within seven days of receipt of the package. Each of our shipments contains a return label. We will credit your refund as soon as we receive the parcel from you and have checked it. Contact our customer service to find out how to send the jewel back to us, we will help you step by step.

How can I pay for my purchases?For your purchases on our site you can choose to pay by Paypal, Postepay, bank transfer or postal order.

Is there anything that cannot be returned?You can return everything except custom made, engraved or tampered with items.

Do I have to pay for the return?Yes, the return shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer.

What types of shipments do you offer and at what prices?We entrust our packages to UPS, FedEx and DHL. Shipments are always insured, and free for orders equal to or greater than €1,000. For orders of lower value, the cost is…

Where do you ship?We ship throughout Italy and Switzerland.

What materials do you use for your jewelry?We work with 18-karat gold (yellow, white and pink), diamonds and precious stones. A certification always accompanies all our jewels.

How long do I have to wait to receive my order?If you have chosen something from the "prompt delivery" section, your order will reach you in 7-10 working days. If you have purchased a jewel from one of our lines, approximately fourteen working days. If, on the other hand, we have created your jewel together, you will always be updated on the state of production and on every progress of the work. All in all it will take about three weeks.
